Marion Burke, Parish Secretary - Marion hails from Northern New Jersey. She and her husband, Charles, who live in Toms River, transferred to Christ Church in the spring of 1987. She joined the office staff in 1987. Her earlier work was as parish secretary in Bloomfield/Glen Ridge and in a temporary position for a radio station in Secaucus, NJ. She serves as a member of the Altar Guild, as an usher, and assists with receptions.

 Jane Rendueles, Financial Assistant - I grew up on Long Island.  I have been an Episcopalian my entire life.  I moved to Toms River in 1974.  I have (2) grown daughters and (2) grandsons.  I returned to Christ Church in 2003 after a hiatus of about 10 years.  I retired in September, 2006, after 30 years, from my full time position as an Office Manager of a nursing home.   I became Financial Assistant at Christ Church on April 1, 2007.  I am a member of St. Raphael's Choir and the Altar Guild.  I also serve as the Publicity Chairperson and Treasurer for the Holiday Fair

 Polly Moore, Director of Music, is a graduate of Westminster Choir College and Georgian Court College. She has been the director of The Island Singers since 1984 and teaches private voice in the Ocean County area. She also directs the chorus for Harrogate Assisted Living facility in Lakewood. Polly is the director of Christ Church's St. Raphael Choir.

Claire Koerner, Director of Hand Bell Choir, lives in Toms River with her husband Jeff and her children Andrew & Matthew (Klancy, dog & Kitty, cat!). Claire moved to Toms River from England in 1984 when she and her family became members of Christ Church. Claire has been a member of the Bell Choir for 8 years and has been the Director for the past 4 years. Claire has served on the Vestry & has led the Youth Group at Christ Church for 10 years. She currently serves as a Counter, is a member of the Sarah C. Becker Scholarship Committee & leads music with our Church School children.

Denise Szczerba, Christian Education Leader - The Holy Spirit led Denise and her family (husband Tommy and their children Arielle and Thomas) to join the Christ Church family in March 2004. They have been residents of Toms River since 2000. Denise is currently enrolled at Kean @ OCC as she works to complete her degree in Elementary Education. She is excited to be part of a team of faithful Christians working to enhance our current Christian Education Program to include all ages of children from birth to adulthood. She has been a Christ Church youth group leader since January 2006. She also contributes to our Outreach ministry and as a lector during services. Denise has completed the Alpha Course and would encourage anyone looking to deepen their faith to attend the next Alpha Course at Christ Church.
